How long do I have access to a course after enrolling?+
Once enrolled in a course, you have lifetime access to all lessons, resources, and updates. This applies to both Free and Pro plan courses. Your progress is saved indefinitely.
Can I access the platform on my mobile phone?+
Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on all screen sizes. We also offer a Progressive Web App (PWA) that you can install on your home screen for an app-like experience on Android and iOS.
What happens if I fail a quiz?+
You can retake any quiz as many times as you like. Each attempt starts fresh. There is no penalty for failing — we encourage learning from mistakes. XP is only awarded on passing attempts.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?+
Use the Contact Us page to submit a bug report with a description and screenshot if possible. For urgent issues, email jaindevelopersfdk@gmail.com directly. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Is there a money-back guarantee?+
Yes. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for the Pro plan. For the Placement plan, if you complete all program requirements and are not placed within 6 months, you receive a full refund.
